- The thick cooled syrup is transferred in the sugar machine from the crystallizers where the sugar is obtained
- Big or small crystalled sugar as well as white or slight brown sugar can be obtained as per the choice or requirement
- At the time of sugar formation the first molasses is obtained which is again boiled for getting the more sugar
- The boiled first molasses is cooled in the crystallizer and then it will be transferred to the sugar machine for getting the more sugar
- During this process the final molasses is obtained which is used in the bar () distillation (preparation)
- Both the sugar are dried through the dryer and then it is graded and automatically filled in the bags
- Finally it is weighed and packed for the dispatch
